How Do You Stay Motivated?

The drive to work on my book was omnipresent when I was back home. Now I'm in the states and the laziness has a stranglehold on me. I'm still interested in making the book, so it's not lack of motivation. And the work itself is interesting. But since I came back I have found it more difficult to get started.

When you have a large project to work on, how do you stay motivated?

Maybe I'm still just tired from the traveling.
